Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available online or by phone starting at $15.00 and up. Our gift certificates arrive via first-class mail. There is no charge for first-class delivery. Express Delivery is available for a nominal fee.

Gift Packaging: The second it arrives, they'll know it's something special! Our gift packaging service includes a box, ribbon and a handwritten gift card with your personal message. Gift Box & Wrapping is available for a nominal charge upon request. Please note that some oversized or drop-shipped items cannot be gift-packaged. Call customer service for more information.

Our Commitment to Quality: Every boutiqueDiane product is specially selected for its exceptional style and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After 15 days, we will exchange or issue an online credit for your purchase.

Pricing, Availability & Errors: Although the information on this web site has been checked for accuracy; occasionally errors and omissions occur and are subject to correction. If this should occur and affect a specific order, a customer service representative will promptly notify you regarding the details.  Prices subject to change without notice.  Occasionally, the demand may exceed the quantity available.  If we are unable to fill any part of your order promptly, we will notify you immediately.  Most orders will ship in 7 to 14 days from receipt of order. 

Custom & Special Orders: Many of our products, such as furniture, table linens, monogrammed items, wall décor, artist produced works and engraved crystal or glass are custom made to order at the time of purchase. In these cases we ask that you submit any changes to your order within 3 days of the purchase date. Any changes or cancellations of orders beyond the 3-day grace period will not be accepted. Please note: custom orders are paid in advance and may sometimes take longer then usual to fulfill and therefore are non-refundable.

How We Deliver: boutiqueDiane offers two convenient delivery options to locations within the Continental U.S. Standard Ground and Rush Delivery.

Standard Ground: Delivery of in stock items normally takes 7 to 14 business days from receipt of order. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Shipping & Handling charges are listed in the table below. Packages sent to P.O. boxes will be sent via Priority Mail (USPS) Delivery.  A boutiqueDiane representative will notify you if any items are backordered and an approximate date of delivery. 

Rush Delivery: In-stock items can be delivered next day, 2nd day, or 3-day delivery. Surcharges will apply in these cases and will be in addition to our regular charges listed in the table below. In order to process orders for express delivery, the order must be received before 12:00PM (E.S.T). Orders received on Friday for overnight will be delivered on Monday and orders received on Saturday for overnight delivery will be received on Tuesday. Weekend delivery is also available for an additional charge.

How We Deliver Furniture: boutiqueDiane offers one convenient shipping option for furniture orders; Standard Delivery. Furniture, because of its size and weight, will only be shipped by motor freight to points within the continental United States only. Please discuss any special delivery requirements or circumstances with your Sales Representative.

Standard Furniture Surcharge: Furniture and oversized items can sometimes be both heavy and bulky and the cost for shipment of these items will be higher. Therefore, these larger items have a delivery surcharge that will apply in addition to the standard delivery charges. The surcharge will be noted. Any assembly requirements will be the responsibility of the customer.
